WHY IS IT UNAVAILABLE?

Due to a new European regulation, the ingredient TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide), Gellack Builder has had to be reformulated without TPO, while retaining its reinforcing function, self-levelling texture and impeccable hold.
