Terms and conditions of sale

General

Ina Distribution Sàrl invites the customer to read these terms and conditions carefully. All orders placed on inashop.ch, with one of our consultants or in our showroom are governed by these terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, accepted and understood them without reservation. He/she also confirms that he/she is of legal age, has been trained as a nail stylist and is in possession of a diploma and/or certificate required for the proper use of our products.

Orders

Ina Distribution Sàrl reserves the right to suspend or refuse an order, in particular if the customer does not provide sufficient proof of training. Any modification of the order requested by the customer can only be considered if it is received by Ina Distribution Sàrl before shipment of the articles.

Products sold

Ina Distribution Sàrl reserves the right to add new products, to delete part of the products sold or presented on its site at any time and without being obliged to give prior notice to the customer. The photos, texts and illustrations of the products are indicative. Differences may appear between photos and actual items.

Price indications

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, exclusive of VAT and shipping and handling costs. Ina Distribution Sàrl reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

Payment

All orders are payable in Swiss francs (CHF). Orders are delivered once payment of the total order amount has been made. Payment methods : Bank transfer, Postcard , Visa and Master Card or TWINT. Payment against invoice is not accepted.

Delivery

Orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery is made by post or carrier within approximately 2-8 days. Deliveries are subject to availability. In the event of shortage of stock for one of the items ordered, Ina Distribution Sàrl will inform the customer and proceed with partial delivery of the order. Undelivered items will be sent free of charge. Ina Distribution Sàrl will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party, such as a carrier, or any other event of force majeure. Shipping and transportation costs are at the customer's expense if the order amount of 300frs is not reached.

Receipt of products

The customer must immediately check the conformity and condition of the products dispatched.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, you will be offered free shipping on your new order. The return of goods entitles the customer to a credit note, but under no circumstances to a cash refund.

Resale of products

The customer agrees not to resell products purchased from Ina Distribution Sàrl.

Warranty

Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice or delivery note). Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from ageing, improper use and/or storage, poor maintenance and/or non-compliance with operating instructions, or normal wear and tear. Other items are not covered by warranty. No warranty is granted for products or devices that have not been purchased directly from Ina Distribution Sàrl.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to process the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order.

Modifications to general terms and conditions

Ina Distribution Sàrl reserves the right to adapt and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Each order placed after the publication by Ina Distribution Sàrl of the new version of its general terms and conditions of sale constitutes acceptance of the latter.

Autonomy of provisions

The invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not invalidate the terms and conditions themselves or affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by the corresponding legal provision.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the district court of Broye et Nord Vaudois.
