Coaching cancellation and postponement policy
At INA Distribution sàrl, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, our coaching sessions require precise organization, in particular to reserve your place and prepare the necessary material. In order to maintain quality service and respect the commitment of all parties, here is our cancellation and postponement policy:
1. Cancellation or postponement deadline
All requests for cancellation or postponement must be made at least 7 days before the training date.
Cancellations or postponements made less than 3 days in advance will incur a fee (see below).
2. Cancellation fees
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course: full refund (less any administrative charges, if applicable).
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the course: 50% of the total course fee will be retained.
Cancellation less than 3 days or absence without notice: no refund.
3. Postponement of training
Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days in advance. If the request is made after this deadline, an administrative charge of CHF 30 may apply.
4. Cancellation by INA Distribution sàrl
In the event of cancellation on our part (force majeure, speaker unavailability, etc.), you will receive a full refund or may choose a new date at no extra charge.

Make sure you receive written confirmation from us to validate the cancellation or postponement.
6. Commitment of participants
By confirming your registration, you agree to this cancellation policy.
We also ask you to respect the training schedule. Any significant delay may limit your access to certain modules of the session.
7. Respect and punctuality
We ask you to respect this policy so that we can offer quality service to all our customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and charges may apply.
